You Don’t Have to be a Prophet

You don’t have to be a prophet to see where the world is currently heading at an accelerated pace.  All you need to do is acknowledge the last four years of focused evil directed against humanity, coming from the collusion of businesses and governments around the world.  The global deep state has exposed itself and we can expect more of the same in the future despite the best intentions of those trying to limit or eliminate its influence.

You don’t have to be a prophet to see a shift in global power structures which will lead to unparalleled prosperity; only to be followed by greed and wars using military, food, weather, and disease as weapons.

You don’t have to be a prophet to see that we are being setup for a deception by which humanity will become completely unhinged from reality.  What are those flying objects?

You don’t have to be a prophet to see a world enslaved by one man of Eastern descent who has all the knowledge of the universe at his disposal through AI.

You don’t have to be a prophet to see evil so great that both the wicked and the righteous suffer the horrors of imprisonment, starvation, homelessness, and murder by enemies who recognize no such moral distinctions.

You don’t have to be a prophet to see cities in the strongest of nations utterly laid waste and experience complete societal breakdown.

You don’t have to be a prophet to see there is still a way out of all these things.  It’s called repentance, which involves confession of wrongdoing and a complete change of direction.  God doesn’t want anyone to perish, but for all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9; Ez. 18:23).  Until we go past the point of no return, God will forgive any nation that humbles itself before Him and turns to Him in sincerity and truth.  But if that doesn’t happen, then the rest of what the Bible describes will take place. 

Yet even then there is hope.  That’s the Good News or “Gospel of the Kingdom” of God, also described and defined in the Bible as a future event…a milestone in the history of mankind!

That’s right!  You don’t have to be a prophet to see the future where Jesus the Messiah comes to earth from heaven to put an end to all this madness and then preside over a government of unending peace and human flourishing.  All of it will be without the corruption and evil which is so prevalent today.  Jesus will set the entire world up on a new foundation…a new system we currently don’t understand and/or don’t seem willing to implement.  It will be based on a respect for, and admiration of, our Creator Father.  In other words, it will be based on the love and faith of a son or daughter for their Parent.  The Son will teach us this dynamic, and then we must choose to believe in it and live by it.

No, to see all these things of the future you don’t need to be a prophet.  You just need to read about them in the Bible.  The testimony of Jesus the Messiah is the spirit of prophecy (Rev. 19:10).  All of these things and more will take place in their order at the end of this current age.  This author believes that unless there is major repentance immediately, the countdown will begin very, very soon.  At that point there will be no turning back.  Jesus will at that point be saying in more modern language, “Ready or not, here I come!” (Revelation 22:11-12).  Amen, come lord Jesus (vs. 20).  God have mercy on us all…
